RHCA is a non-profit association of neighbors in the Rolling Hills community. We are located in south-east Madera County, California.

RHCA Annual Meeting:

Saturday April 5, 2025

at the Fire Station within Rolling Hills. Neighbors and guests are welcome to attend. Starts at 11:00 am.
